Going into winter parts of fuselage of Trident G-ARPO had become a little dirty, so we decided to give her a clean before it gets any worse.
We know this will be an ongoing job, but want to keep on top of it and clean her regularly.
Members of the team met on Saturday 15th October to do some washing. As you can imagine, it’s difficult to reach that high and can be dangerous to do on ladders, so we were grateful to receive the help of Warren Access who sent one of their Spiderlift machines and an operator.
Warren Access are based in Newcastle and Huntingdon and have been in operation for many years, providing the hire of truck and van mounted access platforms such as cherry pickers. They kindly sponsored this work for us (they also help a few years ago during the dismantling of G-ARPO at Teesside). They’re a great, friendly company who are very accommodating and capable, and have great prices.
Warren Access is also a national IPAF approved training provider specialising in all aspects of working at height training.
