Jump Seat and Catering Trolley Additions

We’ve recently added two new items to our Trident interior thanks to a loan from the de Havilland Aircraft Museum. Our cockpit now sports a jump seat, whilst the galley has its very own catering trolley. Both of these items are authentic Trident parts which flew on actual aircraft – maybe even G-ARPO!  They now have pride of place and make our exhibit even more interesting to visitors and Trident fans. G-ARPO Log Books Updated

We’ve continued to receive a lot of log book details from the pilots we have made contact with who flew our Trident, G-ARPO when it was in active service. This is a really interesting part of what we’re doing to restore the aircraft, uncovering details of its life between 1965 and 1983.  The log books tell us where the aircraft flew, and which pilots were at the helm.
